We are pleased to announce that Dean Webster, current headteacher of Mercia School, has been appointed as the Executive Director of Secondary Standards, part of our executive team within Mercia Learning Trust.

As a result, Joshua Fisher and Ruth Hollingsworth, currently deputy headteachers at Mercia School, will take on the roles of co-headteachers starting in September.

Joshua and Ruth are valued long-standing members of the Mercia team, known for their exceptional talents and dedication.

We are confident that under their leadership, the ethos and culture of our school will be preserved, and its success will continue to flourish.
