As part of our commitment to Sheffield and putting education front and centre in the city's agenda, our CEO Chris French has been appointed as a member of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce's council.

Chris says:

I value the opportunity to engage with different members across a range of city-wide issues, and the chance to express the position of education into wider strategies.

When asked what he feels he will bring to the council, Chris said:

Providing an insight from education, and Multi-Academy Trusts as medium sized charitable companies. Working to improve relationships with employers and the sector and improving engagement and the through flow of young talent into local opportunities for all.
