The Role: Local Governors play a crucial role in supporting and challenging school leadership to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and academic success of all pupils. Key responsibilities include safeguarding, SEND provision, standards monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

The Candidate: No specific qualifications are required, but a keen interest in education and a commitment to our trust values are essential. Experience in early years and safeguarding is advantageous. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
